Austruct were awarded multiple packages for the supply of steelworks to the MMG Dugald River Project including: structural steel, plateworks and pipeworks. Our work included modularisation and panelisation steelworks along with the assembly of client free-issued components such as idlers, rollers and cable trays.
This project is a typical example of Austruct’s proven capability as a ‘one-stop’ solution for our clients. For complex projects like this one, the management costs (and subsequent risks) have the potential to be very high if several different suppliers/fabricators are used. In managing the Dugald River Project under a single banner (ours), we were able to keep costs well-controlled while delivering an optimal result for the client.
